Rivet rack shelving, also called boltless shelving, uses a simple single or double rivet system
that locks in place to create incredibly strong steel shelving units.
With no sway braces or panels, rivet racks are designed to provide easy access on all four sides.

This makes loading and unloading much more efficient. Great for large, bulky boxes or containers, odd shaped inventory and archive record storage boxes.

Sold with wire decking or without wire decking, and more shelving rack units can be added to increase depth or width.
For hand-loaded industrial storage applications only.

Applications

Rivet rack shelving can be used for simple backroom storage, as a two-story catwalk system for record storage facilities, and just about any heavy duty storage project in between.
For hand loaded storage applications only. Great for large, bulky boxes or containers, odd shaped inventory and archive record storage boxes.

Assembly

Everything you need is shipped bulk packed and palletized for easy assembly. A rubber mallet is the only tool you will need for assembly.
There are no nuts, bolts or other fasteners required. Assembly takes just minutes.

Specifications

Rivet shelving is available in widths up to 96'' and depths ranging from 12'' to 48''. Choose from single or double rivet beams.
Single rivet units are only offered for units 48" wide or less. Shelves are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers.
High shelf load capacity ratings at 1600 to 2000 lbs for units 48" wide and less. Single rivet shelf levels are rated at 350 lbs max. All load capacities are based on uniformly distributed loads.
Shelf surface can be particle board or wire decking. Consider purchasing particle board locally to save on shipping.
