Industrial Shelving Systems 2025 Year in Review
Posted by Audrey Hood on 29th Dec 2025
What a year for Industrial Shelving Systems and ISS Material Handling! Starting off with an office expansion, implementing a new ERP and CRM, and of course, some fun company outings, we had a busy, but exciting 2025. Here are some accomplishments, changes, and events we wanted to share to wrap up the year.

49 states (and Puerto Rico!)
In 2025, we served customers in 49 states and Puerto Rico! This year, we had some extra appreciation for the local projects that St. Louis brought us. We stepped inside the St. Louis Zoo to provide a modular office and immersed ourselves in the St. Louis art scene at the Pulitzer Arts Foundation for one of their new exhibits. Outside of the St. Louis area, we provided secure wire partition solutions to data centers and dealerships, found ourselves in the west coast with an automation solution for a defense contractor, and provided new solutions to our loyal customers.

1 million pounds
Just like last year, our warehouse team was busy! In addition to keeping up with all of our projects, inspecting storage solutions that get delivered to our warehouse, and delivering products in the area, our warehouse team shipped over one million pounds of steel this year. Our warehouse team is awesome!

12 conferences
The connections we’ve made this year through groups such as the Missouri Association of Manufacturers and industry conferences have helped us further our reach and walk away with new ideas.
Within industry events, automotive conferences, and material handling forums, we were able to be a part of a wide variety of conversations that sparked new ideas. We’re looking forward to doing the same next year! Be sure to mark your calendars for February 23-25th, 2026 for the Midwest Manufacturers Trade Show & Conference where we’ll be exhibiting.
Welcoming…HubSpot!
This year, we made the big transition into HubSpot! With more ways to provide quick information, we’re excited to offer more resources and a better experience for our partners and customers. We’re excited for the changes to come!

5 giving back events
We started the year off with a company activity to create care packages for Operation Care and Comfort. The ISS team also made sure to return to some of our favorite events including trivia night with Friends of Kids With Cancer, the Metro Vocational Golf Tournament, and Art for the Heart.
The ISS team also continued our tradition of letting our team members choose a charity a month to support. See the organizations chosen for 2025 here.

Expansion!
Our office underwent an expansion this year! With new office spaces and a brand-new kitchen, we’re excited to have new spaces to collaborate. Sometimes a fresh environment can bring about some new ideas!
(We also had to take advantage of the open space mid-renovation, with a small putt putt competition.)

Many, many fun company outings
We had to make sure our hard work was balanced with some company outings! We made it to Top Golf this year to test out our golf skills, but mainly to just enjoy a beautiful day with the team. We also had our friends from WireCrafters come visit, so we played horse hooky at Fairmount Park and enjoyed a Cardinal’s game after.
For Thanksgiving, we took a break during the day to enjoy some delicious turkey and Thanksgiving sides. We’re all looking forward to our annual Christmas party!
Looking forward to 2026
In 2026, our team is looking forward to keeping the momentum going. With new spaces to collaborate, we can’t wait to see what the new year brings for us.
