IMPORTANT SHIPPING/RECEIVING INFORMATION: (Do not let the driver leave before you inspect your shipment)
All damage or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, BEFORE the driver leaves. Before accepting any shipment, you must inspect it carefully, including removing the packaging when it necessary to look for concealed damage. Only after the driver has noted the discrepancy on the delivery bill should you notify Industrial Shelving Systems of the products needing replacement.
When you receive goods, it is your responsibility to check the contents of all boxes and to make a note of any damage or missing items on the carrier's receipt.
As long as the receipt notes damage or missing items before the driver leaves, simply notify us immediately and in this scenario, we will send replacement items free of charge (including shipping costs). Save the noted receipt as we will require a copy for claims processing.
If the receipt was signed without reporting any damage and you subsequently find damage or missing items, you have a maximum of 10 business days to notify us from the date of delivery. In this scenario, we will ask the carrier to pay a third of the amount. Industrial Shelving Systems will assume one third of the responsibility and you will be charged for the remaining third of the goods' value and for all shipping costs associated with replacement goods.
If there is damage or missing items, the receipt is signed without declaring this damage and you do not notify us within 10 business days, you will be responsible for all replacement and shipping costs.
Returned and cancelled shipments within 30 days must be approved by Industrial Shelving Systems in writing prior to return of merchandise. They will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus applicable initial and return freight. No returns will be accepted without a RGA number issued by Industrial Shelving Systems.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Lead times vary by product, and a "usually ships in" statement should be present on most products. Please call 1-800-875-6201 for the most accurate lead time on the products you are interested in, as some manufacturers lead times fluctuate with demand.
Online shipping calculations are subject to change. We strive to provide accurate rates at checkout, however some items such as pallet rack longer than 10' and some set-up cabinets may require a manually revised shipping charge. We will contact you prior to processing your order for approval if actual shipping charges come in higher then the amount shown at checkout. We reserve the right to decline an order if freight losses are too great and will issue a full refund.
Multiple F.O.B. Points: It is possible that some orders may have to ship from multiple F.O.B. points if you are ordering products from more than one manufacturer, in these innstances we may contact you after your order has been processed with a revised freight amount for you to accept or decline. The purchaser is responsible for all charges.
