Industrial Shelving Systems has been custom designing these unique heavy-duty bolt bin units for well over a decade. These bins fill a void at the top of the food chain when it comes to Steel bin units for storing large, heavy parts and the harshest industrial environments. ISS manufactured these custom units using 12 gauge steel with an all-welded construction for the durability required to meet storage needs in steel mills, mines, power plants, oil refineries, or any other Factory environment.

Bolt bins are great for storing and organizing hardware pipe fittings, replacement parts, and so much more. Units incorporate a fork pocket base for mobility or point-of-use applications with holes that can allow for permanent anchoring if desired. Our standard units have 28 openings that are 12 inches wide by 12 inches high and 18 inches deep with two-inch high lifts and have an overall size of 48 inches wide by 87 inches high and 18 inches deep. Forklift pockets add approximately 4 inches to the overall height.

However, these heavy duty all-welded bolt bins can be custom designed to meet the dimensions required to store your specific Parts. We can customize the overall size, bin dimensions, or number of openings desired. 24-inch deep units, 72-inch wide units, 48-inch high units, four or six-inch lifts, open shelf units, the list goes on. Units are powder coated in our standard midnight blue, but a wide variety of colors are also available for additional paint fees. One of our end users, in particular, ordered several colors so that their units are color-coded by department for each of their specific inventory designations. We can even offer a spray-on bed liner style finish to meet the most extreme durability needs.
